Wash the small pumpkins.

Use a knife to carve it into a jagged shape. If you find it troublesome, you can also cut it directly with a knife.

Remove the pumpkin seeds from the carved pumpkin.

Place the carved pumpkin into a steamer and steam over high heat for fifteen minutes.

Steamed pumpkin

Set aside the shrimps, pour in a little cooking wine, and scratch them with your hands to remove the fishy smell.

Dice mushrooms.

Dice carrots

Heat a pan and pour peanut oil into the pan.

Add diced mushrooms, diced carrots and corn kernels and stir-fry.

Add the shrimp and continue to stir-fry.

Add oil, salt to taste, and remove from the pan.

Add the fried stuffing to the steamed pumpkin, or make some soup and pour it onto the filled pumpkin cup.

Arrange plates and fillings and serve.
