Remove blood from pork ribs and drain

Mince onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

Put the ribs in a bowl, add onion, ginger and garlic, add appropriate amount of salt, pepper, allspice, chili powder and sugar

Stir the pork ribs evenly and marinate for half an hour to absorb the flavor

Add an egg white, appropriate amount of starch, and white flour, and stir evenly

Pour oil into the pot, heat it until it is 70% hot, add the spareribs and fry until brown, then heat it until it is very hot and fry again (if you directly heat it to 10% and fry the ribs, the ribs will be fried)
