Overview
Stir-fried black beans with colored peppers is a healthy dish. Main and auxiliary ingredients: red pepper, green pepper, cooked black beans

Dice the bell pepper.

Heat oil in a pan, add diced bell peppers and stir-fry.

Add oyster sauce to taste.

Add cooked black beans. Stir well and add salt and MSG to taste.

Stir-fry until the diced bell peppers "collapse" and become broken, pour in water and starch to thicken the gravy.
