The fried meatballs are ready (see the recipe for details. If you can’t eat them at once, you can fry them and put them in the refrigerator).

Heat oil in a pot, add star anise, green onions and ginger until fragrant.

Add thawed meatballs.

Pour in a little soy sauce, add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil, then turn to medium heat and simmer until the flavor is fully absorbed.
