Overview

I was in a hurry, so I didn’t add the onion, ginger, and garlic. Adding it would make it more flavorful! If you add a few more slices of pork belly, it will become even more addictive! The crispy tofu is full of soup and goes very well with rice. It will kill my kids instantly!

  1. Cut three pieces of crispy tofu into small pieces. This is one piece. The green and red peppers were also cut into small pieces and set aside (forgot to take a photo).

  2. Add an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, stir-fry the green and red peppers over high heat quickly, and remove them raw. Add the crispy tofu and stir-fry until the crispy tofu becomes soft, then add the green and red peppers back to the pot.

  3. Then add a handful of sea rice and the above seasonings into the pot. The seasonings are not limited to what I wrote, you can use them yourself.

  4. Before serving, pour in watery starch to form a thin layer of gravy, drain the water and place on a plate.
