Prepare all the ingredients

Cut the chicken breast into cubes, add a small amount of salt, pepper, and cooking wine, and marinate for about 15 minutes. You can also add some raw starch (it will be more tender when stir-fried).

Add a small amount of olive oil to the frying pan (it can also be other oil, the olive oil will have no other flavor when fried). Add carrots, potatoes, a small amount of salt and stir-fry over high heat until cooked through, then serve on a plate.
