Wash the bell peppers and set aside.

Remove stems and seeds, cut into shreds.

Peel and wash the onion, cut into strips and set aside.

Homemade mung bean sprouts, purely natural, no additives and no pollution, wash them clean, control the water, put them in a plate and set aside.

Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, add the bell peppers and onions and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the mung bean sprouts, season with a little salt and five-spice powder, and stir-fry a few times.
