Prepare materials and clean them.

Soak the fish maw in advance, wipe the abalone clean, and cut it with a flower knife.

Boil the chicken in cold water, add some cooking wine, boil the water, remove the foam, cook for another 2 minutes, remove, rinse with water to wash away the foam and grease on the surface of the chicken.

Add enough water, add chicken and abalone, and cook for 1 hour.
