Steps

  1. Put the above ingredients into the bread machine in order according to the instructions. Start the bread machine and check the shape of the dough. If it is wet or dry, just like the dough when making dumplings, if it is wet, add an appropriate amount of flour. When the bread machine beeps (about 30 minutes), stop the bread machine and restart the bread machine after 20 seconds (that is, increase the mixing time of the bread machine). After another 60 minutes, take out the slightly fermented dough, place it on the panel to knead and deflate the dough.

  2. After kneading the dough by hand for 5 minutes, divide the dough into three equal portions. Take one part and use a rolling pin to flatten and deflate it (as shown in the picture).

  3. Roll it into a dough roll as shown in the picture below.

  4. Put it into the toast mold. As shown in the picture:

Put it into the electric oven for fermentation, as shown in the picture: the temperature is about 50-60 degrees (the glass of the electric oven can feel warm with your hands); heat it with upper and lower heat; it will take about 60-90 minutes, that is, the dough will rise to the edge of the toast mold (if it is covered, you can let it rise further. The covered one looks better, and the uncovered toast has a more delicate texture).

  8. Bread dough after fermentation for half an hour:

  9. Bread embryo after 85 minutes of fermentation: Covered and baked, the fermentation process is almost complete.

  10. Preheat the electric oven: 230 degrees, heat up and down, and preheat for 8 minutes.

Put the fermented bread dough (together with the toast mold) into the electric oven, set it to 210 degrees (for covered ones, the temperature for uncovered ones should be lower, 180 degrees is sufficient), and heat up and down (for covered ones, turn off the heat separately after 5 minutes) for 30-40 minutes.

  12. Remove from the oven after 30 minutes and unmold.
