Cumin meat slices
Overview
Cumin meat slices are actually a special dish in Xinjiang, called fried barbecue, and the raw materials are usually mutton or beef. However, the mutton varieties in Chongqing are different, so I rarely buy them. But after living in Xinjiang for 20 years, I still can't forget the scent of cumin, so I modified it a little and used pork slices to stir-fry it. The taste is also great. I once made this dish when my colleagues came to my home for a small gathering, and they were all eaten up. O(∩_∩)O Super simple and delicious.
