Wash the onions and cut into small pieces.

Remove the skin from the potatoes and cut into small pieces.

Put the onion shreds into water and boil.

When the onions change color slightly, remove and drain.

Boil the potato slices in water.

Drain both vegetables and set aside.

After the oil is hot, add the sliced sausage, shredded ginger and green pepper and saute until fragrant.

Add both vegetables and stir-fry together.

Stir fry evenly.

Add salt to taste, then add chili powder and stir-fry evenly.
