Prepare the required materials;

Wash the pork chops with water and drain, add cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, sesame oil and starch in appropriate amounts, mix well and marinate for 1 hour;

Soak the shimeji mushrooms and wash them; (there is a lot of juice after steaming, so I suddenly thought of grabbing a handful of mushrooms and putting them under the ribs)

Chop onions, ginger, garlic and red pepper;

Place shimeji mushrooms on the bottom of the plate and top with spareribs;

Mix the onion, ginger, garlic, red pepper and black bean sauce evenly and spread it on the ribs;

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the pork ribs and steam for thirty minutes.
