Chives and Braised Pork Noodles
Overview
Roast pork? It’s delicious. It’s paired with stir-fried rice noodles with chives. It’s tender, smooth and fragrant. Thinking back on it makes me drool!

Various materials

Soak dry rice noodles in boiling water until soft

Drain the water from the rice noodles, cut the roasted pork into pieces, cut the chives and coriander into sections, and cut the chili into shreds

Mix the seasonings and set aside

Heat a pan, add oil and sauté garlic

Quick stir-fry rice noodles

Add the roasted pork and leeks and stir-fry with chopsticks

Add the sauce

Mix the sauce, rice noodles and other ingredients and stir-fry evenly to taste

Add coriander and chili shreds, stir-fry briefly and serve in a bowl
