Preparation: Pork, Chinese cabbage, dumpling wrappers.

Chop the Chinese cabbage and mince some garlic.

Mince the pork.

Add the minced garlic and marinade to the minced meat, mix well, and marinate for about 15 minutes. Add the Chinese cabbage, mix well, and the filling is ready.

Take a piece of dumpling wrapper and put an appropriate amount of filling into it, pinch it tightly in the middle and leave both ends.

Heat oil in a pan, arrange the pot stickers and fry over medium-low heat.
