Wash and drain the water spinach after processing and set aside.

Chop the garlic and mint. Set aside.

Heat up a pan, add vegetable oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add water spinach and stir-fry over high heat for 10 seconds. Add salt immediately. Stir until evenly mixed.
