Prepare the ingredients, peel and slice the lotus root and soak it in water, mince the garlic, cut the coriander into sections, and shred the carrot

Blanch the lotus root slices in boiling water for about 15 minutes and remove

Heat a pan, add sesame oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant
