Fig and Tremella Soup
Overview
This summer, although the price of figs has not dropped, even if it was fifteen yuan per catty, it was a big deal, I still bought a lot of them and took them home. At most, I would wash it and eat it raw, but after two consecutive autumn rains, the weather started to get cooler, so I started to change the way I eat it. I stewed it with white fungus, which can moisturize the skin and detoxify the intestines. It can be eaten hot or cold.

Prepare white fungus and figs.

Soak Tremella fungus in warm water for hair.

Tear into small pieces and add water to the electric pressure cooker (you can also use an ordinary pot to cook)

Cook until the white fungus becomes soft and glutinous (I chose the porridge button)

Wash the figs and cut them in half.

Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat.

Add appropriate amount of rock sugar.

After boiling, turn to medium heat and simmer for a while.

Add the cooked glutinous white fungus to your liking and cook together for a few minutes.
