Soak white lentils overnight.

Clean the chicken, cut it into pieces, and put it in a pot of boiling water.

Wash the chicken that has been soaked in water, put it into a boiling casserole, and then add ginger slices, white lentils, red dates, wolfberry, poria, and barley. Bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5--2 hours.
