Cook sweet potato starch in boiling water, then rinse with cold water and set aside

Add light soy sauce and sesame oil to the minced beef and marinate for 5 minutes. Add it to the pan and spread it until it changes color. Add the mung bean sprouts and stir-fry until the bean sprouts are cooked. Add appropriate amount of salt and mushroom essence
