  1. Prepare the ingredients

  2. Cut other vegetables into pieces except celery

  3. Add enough water to the soup pot and bring it to a boil on the stove

  5. Oil the vegetables separately

  6. Place the boiling soup in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat

  7. Slowly fry the tomato paste in oil over low heat until it turns dark red

  8. Simmer the soup slowly over low heat for about two hours. After boiling, add oil to the flour and fry the batter over low heat. After frying, add it to the soup. Finally, add salt and sugar, chop another celery and sprinkle it into the soup (take out the whole celery from the previous soup pot and discard it)
