Ingredients: Garlic sprouts (washed and cut into sections), black fungus (soaked and washed)

Place the black fungus on the chopping board and cut into strips, set aside.

Place the dried incense on a chopping board and cut it into pieces, set aside for later use.

Put the garlic sprouts and cut black fungus into a pot of water and blanch for 2 minutes, then remove.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the blanched garlic sprouts and black fungus and stir-fry.

Then, add in the chopped dried fragrant spices and stir-fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce.
