Grilled sesame cakes with celery
Overview
Every time I smell celery, I feel like it’s Chinese New Year! There are few green vegetables in winter here, and celery is one of the few. When my mother cooks, she always likes to garnish it with celery to add a touch of green to the long winter days!

Take appropriate amount of flour

Add appropriate amount of salt, pepper noodles, pepper noodles, and vegetable oil to the flour, and stir evenly

Knead into a dough of moderate hardness

Roll the dough into a long thin sheet as shown in the picture

Apply a layer of vegetable oil on the surface and sprinkle an appropriate amount of parsley powder evenly

Roll the dough sheet from one side into a small cylinder. Press both ends with your hands to form a cake.

Use a rolling pin to gently roll it out

Place in a warm place and wake up for 10 minutes

Bake the oven at 180° for 15 minutes, then raise the temperature to 200° and bake for 3 to 5 minutes for coloring.
