Ingredients
Steps
-
Mince the beef.
-
Add minced onion, ginger, pepper, oyster sauce and salt.
-
Mix well.
-
Remove the celery leaves and clean them. If the celery is a bit old, blanch it in boiling water and then put it in cold water to cool. If the celery is relatively tender, there is no need to blanch it. I am a bit old, so I blanch it in boiling water and then cool it.
-
Pinch the cooled celery as dry as possible and chop into small pieces.
-
There is no need to hold the chopped celery, just put it directly into the mixed meat filling.
-
It's best to mix evenly with your hands. I put on disposable gloves and scratched.
-
Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes.
-
Grab a ball of stuffing with your hands. You can make it as big or small as you like, and then put it together with a little force to make the meat ball firmer.
-
After patting into about 1cm, place the patties directly on the oiled baking sheet.
-
Place in the middle rack of the oven, heat up and down, 230 degrees, for half an hour.
-
After baking for ten minutes, brush the surface with oil, brush twice, and continue baking until done.
