Festive peanut butter bread
Overview
For Meitian’s baking activity, I tried many kinds of fancy breads, and the result was: the whole family ate bread together every morning. Haha, fortunately, the black pig is very supportive of my interests under my training. I feel that the dough is very malleable. It looks like a silly pile of dough. It looks like this on the left, and another scene slightly to the right. The most important thing is to make the dough successfully. This is the key to shaping. Otherwise the dough will not obey your orders. This peanut butter bread is actually super simple. As long as you add a little innovative idea, the whole food will become very lively and innovative. Put the ingredients except peanut butter into a bread machine and knead until smooth dough

Place in a warm place to ferment until doubled in size

After the dough is deflated, divide it into 5 portions

Roll 5 pieces of dough into round shapes

Except for the top layer, which is not coated with peanut butter, all other layers are coated with peanut butter. The amount of peanut butter you apply depends on your preference (I apply less, I am trying to lose weight, haha)

As shown below, first divide into 8 equal parts without cutting in the middle

Then divide each portion into 2 portions, which is equivalent to 16 portions

With the center of the circle as the fixed point, each piece twists 360 degrees to the left, and the two adjacent pieces twist 360 degrees to the right. Then shape it slightly and put it in a warm place for secondary fermentation. Finally, brush it with egg wash
