Steps
-
Pour 20g high flour and 100g water required for making soup into a small pot
-
Mix well
-
Heat over low heat and stir constantly
-
When the batter becomes thick and you can leave obvious marks across the bottom of the pan with a spatula, turn off the heat and let it cool for later use
-
Pour the cooled soup into the bread bucket, and add the liquid required for the main dough: milk, light cream and eggs
-
Then pour in the powder: flour, milk powder, yeast, salt, sugar. Be careful to keep the yeast and salt and sugar separately
-
Place the bucket into the bread machine and secure it, start a kneading program (default duration is 13 minutes), and then start a "dough" program after the kneading is completed, including two stages of kneading + fermentation (default duration 1:40)
-
minutes after starting the “Dough” program, add softened butter at room temperature
-
After kneading the dough, the program automatically enters the fermentation stage
-
Wait for the program to end and fermentation to be completed
-
Take out the fermented dough and knead it evenly to deflate the air
-
Divide the dough into 3 parts
-
Roll into balls and let rest for 10 minutes
-
Take a piece of relaxed dough and roll it into a shape of beef tongue
-
Roll up and pinch to seal
-
Adjust the direction and flatten slightly, then roll it out again to thin the bottom edge
-
Sprinkle 1/3 of the honey red beans on the surface, leaving the bottom white
-
Roll up from top to bottom, press tightly while rolling, and finally pinch to seal
-
Put the rolled dough into the toast mold one by one, and place it in a warm and moist place for final fermentation
-
When it is eighty-nine minutes full, close the lid of the toast box
-
Place in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 35 minutes
-
Unmold immediately after taking out the oven, let cool and store in a sealed container
