Stir-fried porcini mushrooms with green pepper
Overview
When the rainy season comes, you need to get rid of all the dry goods you have accumulated at home to prevent them from getting damp and moldy. You also need to dispose of the porcini mushrooms you bought last time for mushroom hotpot before they are used up. The most common way to eat porcini mushrooms is to stir-fry green peppers. In order to retain the freshness and aroma of the mushrooms themselves, you generally don’t need to add too many condiments to stir-fry mushrooms. Simple garlic can bring out the aroma of the mushrooms to the maximum extent.
