Overview
The long queue of noodles is my deepest memory of the school cafeteria when I was in junior college. Every time I have noodles, I will buy the pork ribs. They are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside! Very delicious!

Wash the large ribs, drain the water and use a tool to loosen the large ribs
