Crispy Yellow River saury
Overview
I haven’t eaten fish for a long time, so I happened to buy some Yellow River saury in a group. I bought some and fried it, and served it with pancakes and green onions. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. It’s simple and delicious.

Wash and drain the Yellow River saury, add five-spice powder, pepper powder, salt, and cooking wine and marinate for about an hour in advance. Drain the water to prevent your hands from being injured when frying.
