Egg and green onion pancake
Overview
There were no steamed buns at home in the morning, so I thought of making this pancake. It was really delicious when eaten warm!

First mix the noodles with warm water and let it sit for 10 minutes

Then roll the dough into a round shape

Spread a layer of cooking oil evenly on the noodles, sprinkle with a little salt, chopped green onion and minced sesame seeds

Use a knife to cut it as shown in the picture

Fold it again

Roll into round shape

Put it in the electric baking pan and start to bake one side

Pour the egg liquid on the other side

You can pour egg liquid on both sides and it will be ready in three to five minutes
