Lemon Chicken and Broccoli

Prepare ingredients.

Remove the bones and skin from the chicken legs. You can cook them directly if you don’t want to remove the bones.

Put it into the pot, add water, cooking wine, ginger slices, and green onion segments, cook for about 8 minutes, and take it out. If you cook it for too long, it will become stale.

Cut the broccoli into florets and slice the lemon into slices.

Prepare Thai-style sauce: Chop the chili pepper, mince the garlic, mince the ginger, and mince the coriander. Put them in a bowl. Pour in the light soy sauce, squeeze the juice of half a lemon, add some salt and olive oil, and mix well.

Add broccoli to boiling water and cook for about 30 seconds. Remove from cold water.

Tear the cooked chicken into small pieces.
