Minced pork and mustard

Mince the onion, ginger, garlic, and mince the potherb mustard and set aside. (Note that my homemade potherb mustard is relatively salty and needs to be soaked in water to remove the salt taste.) Put oil in the pot, put the onion, ginger and garlic into the oil pot and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant

Put the soybeans soaked overnight into the pot and stir-fry evenly

Add the minced meat and stir-fry until the minced meat changes color

Add potherb mustard and stir-fry until cooked

Take the pot and put it on a plate. How about eating mustard with rice like this?
