Cut onions and ham into small cubes.

Put the flour into a bowl, beat in the eggs, add the diced onions and ham, add water and mix into a thin batter without gnocchi.

Make up the thin batter.

Put a little oil in a small pan, pour the batter, and shake the pan to spread the batter evenly on the bottom of the pan.

Fry over low heat until the batter solidifies, then turn the egg pancake over.

Place the fried egg pancake on the cutting board, cut it into rice shapes and divide it into small pieces.
