This time I made milk and egg toast, which is a very basic toast. There are no fillings or dried fruits. However, this kind of pure milk toast has a fine and soft texture and a rich milk aroma. It is delicious whether it is shredded or sliced. The picture above is freshly baked toast. The surface is smooth and shiny. I really like the way it looks.

Weigh the ingredients except butter and add them to the bread bucket in order of liquid and thick flour first.

Start a dough kneading program. After the dough kneading program is completed, take a small piece of dough and test it. You can see that it can be stretched easily, but it is easy to break and the surface is rough.

Add previously softened butter and start a dough kneading process.

After the dough mixing process is completed, take a small piece of dough and pull out a very thin glove film, and that's it.

Shape the dough into a round, place it in a bread barrel, cover with plastic wrap and ferment.

Ferment until 2 to 2.5 times the size of the original dough. (Dip a little flour with your finger and poke a hole. The hole will not collapse or shrink. This way it is ready to ferment)

Take out the fermented dough and deflate it gently.

Divide into four equal parts and roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

Take a piece of dough and roll it out.

Fold the top and bottom to the middle respectively, with the seam facing down, and complete the four doughs in sequence.

Starting with the first piece of dough, roll it into a long loaf.

Roll up from top to bottom.

Make the four pieces of dough one after another and put them into the bread machine.

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size.

Brush the surface with a layer of egg wash and sprinkle with appropriate amount of white sesame seeds.
