Mango Jam Bun
Overview
On holiday hands-on days, foodies can’t just make afternoon tea snacks, but they can also be used as breakfast. They taste very good, so you can try them.

Ingredients
Steps
-
First add salt, sugar, water and eggs
-
Milk powder, corn oil 30g
-
Pour in the flour and yeast and knead for 40 minutes. and enter fermentation
-
While kneading, we prepare the fillings, glutinous rice flour and my own mango jam
-
Add 30g of water and 10g of corn oil to the mango sauce [you can add some sugar, but I don’t add it to the mango sauce I made]. After heating, pour in the glutinous rice flour
-
Stir and press evenly until there is no powder, then let cool. Don’t put it in the refrigerator
-
When the dough is fermented, take it out and deflate it
-
Divide into 12 portions and roll into tongue shape
-
Apply a layer of mango sauce and roll it up to seal the gaps.
-
Enter 2 rounds with the seal facing down
-
The weather is getting cooler, so I use the fermentation function of the oven. Ferment until 1.5 pieces double in size
-
After fermentation is completed, set the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the middle layer for 18 minutes [adjust according to your own oven, and you can brush the bread with a layer of egg wash before baking. I won’t go into detail here]
