Crispy Grilled Squid Rings
Overview
I think the fried squid rings are too greasy, so I still make squid rings, but change the method to make the squid rings crispy and fragrant without being greasy. I just package it up and give it away as a child. Haha, it is said to be very popular.

I bought squid rings directly and removed the black skin on the surface

Rinse with clean water

Remove the filtered water

Add pepper, salt and a little rice wine, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes
