Shredded king oyster mushrooms
Overview
It was the first time I used the hand-shredded method to make king oyster mushrooms. Unexpectedly, the shredded king oyster mushrooms were not only easy to taste, but also had a particularly smooth and chewy texture. My son said it didn’t feel like eating king oyster mushrooms, but more like eating pork belly.

Clean the king oyster mushrooms and steam them in a steamer over high heat for 10 minutes.

Chop the onion, ginger, and garlic into mince respectively, and cut the millet pepper into small rings and set aside.

Take out the steamed King Oyster Mushrooms, wait until they are no longer hot to your hands, and tear them into thin strips of even thickness.

Place the torn king oyster mushrooms on a plate.

Add onion, ginger, garlic and millet pepper, pour in sesame oil, fresh soy sauce, rice vinegar and salt, mix well.
