Spring Bamboo - Stir-fried Shrimp

Overview

Spring is here, all things are sprouting and growing, and bamboo is not to be left behind. The tips of bamboo shoots burst out of the ground. You chase me to see who grows taller. Spring brings strength to people and brings them more food reveries. Come on, let’s use cucumber cups and your favorite ingredients to make a dish that expresses the artistic conception of green bamboos announcing spring! As for the vegetables in the cucumber cup, you can choose the vegetables you like and stir-fry them. Of course, if you can eat cold dishes, I made a stir-fried shrimp and corn kernels here. The golden vegetables are paired with the green cucumber cup. The colors are clear and it is beautiful!

Steps

  1. Prepare the fresh shrimps, peel the shrimps and remove the shrimp strings, then cut them into large dices, add a little cooking wine, oyster sauce or light soy sauce, starch and other seasonings you like and marinate for a few minutes. If you don’t like cooking wine, oyster sauce, you don’t need to add cooking wine or oyster sauce, you can also add light soy sauce. You must add a little starch to make the shrimps taste tender and delicious

  9. Pour in the shrimp and stir-fry in hot oil. Do not fry for too long. The color will change slightly and the shrimp meat will pop out

  10. Pour in corn kernels, green bean kernels, and diced carrots and stir-fry for a while. Because the ingredients are cooked, there is no need to stir-fry for too long. Just add salt and chicken essence to season when it is almost out of the pan. Because the shrimp itself is a fresh ingredient, I did not add chicken essence

  11. Put the fried shrimps and corn kernels into the cucumber cup. I placed two butterflies with the cooked shrimp tails next to them. You can omit them if you don’t know how to arrange them

  12. This is a plate without butterflies because it was made at night. Let’s have a bamboo shadow under the moon against the night sky
