Fried clams (A)
Overview
During the holiday, I took my baby to the market to buy vegetables. I saw fresh clams. My baby loved them and fried a big plate.

Wash the clams, blanch them in boiling water, and remove the sediment.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and chili and saute until fragrant.

Add clams, ginger slices and star anise, stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of salt, pour in cooking wine and continue to stir-fry.

Add an appropriate amount of water to boil, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce for coloring, and cook for about three minutes for better flavor.

When the pot is about to start, add MSG and green onions, stir-fry evenly.

Remove from pot and plate.
