Steps
-
Prepare raw materials
-
Blanch the pork ribs in boiling water to remove any blood foam
-
Add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the pot and fry until both sides are golden brown. You can also stir-fry
-
Pour in the rock sugar water and start to simmer until colored
-
When the sugar water turns slightly brown, pour in the fried pork ribs and stir-fry
-
Stir-fry until there is no soup and there is a sugary aroma, then pour in fermented bean curd juice and stir-fry again to add color
-
Stir-fry until the ribs are evenly coated in red, then you can add water. Just add cold water directly. Just put water in the pressure cooker to cover the ribs a little. If you use a wok to stew directly, fill up the water
-
After the water boils, skim off the foam and add ginger, star anise and other seasonings in sequence. After the water boils again, you can transfer it to the pressure cooker for simmering. I usually set the timer for 15 minutes

After 15 minutes, you can enjoy it! !
