Stir-fried mung bean sprouts with spinach

Overview

It is a light and simple dish, I like it very much. Although I tend to have a heavy taste, this kind of small and fresh dish is also more to my liking and is particularly refreshing.

  1. The dishes are ready.

  2. Cut the spinach into small pieces and chop the green onions.

  3. When the oil is 70% hot, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant. Add vegetables and stir-fry.

  4. Stir-fry the vegetables until they are noticeably reduced, add various seasonings and stir-fry thoroughly for a minute or two. Turn off the heat.

  5. Add sesame oil, mix well, and serve. I deliberately added a little more vinegar, which makes it sour and delicious.
