Squid with sweet and spicy sauce

Thick and delicious squid, covered in thick sweet and spicy sauce, served with a bowl of rice, not even the soup is left!

Clean the squid and tear off the skin;

The squid board is cut into two parts;

First make a straight flower knife, then find an angle to make the flower knife at an angle of 45°. The distance between the knives is about 0.5cm;

Cut out small diamond-shaped pieces;

Then cut into 2cm wide pieces; cut the squid into sections, or keep them to make soup or something;
