Steps
-
Wash and shred the plum meat, then add corn starch, salt, light soy sauce and oil, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
-
A pack of Wujiang pickled mustard, I bought the light flavor. Cut green scallions into sections, dice white scallions, and shred ginger slices.
-
Put oil in the wok, heat the oil and add the minced meat, stir-fry until the minced meat turns white and cooked.
-
Heat oil in a wok, add scallions, white ginger and saute until fragrant.
-
Add mustard and stir-fry. What I bought was a pack of ready-to-eat mustard, not the pickle sold individually in the vegetable market. The pickled mustard sold individually needs to be washed, cut into shreds, and then blanched in water.
-
Add oil and stir-fry the shredded pork. The pickled vegetables and marinated meat have already been salted. There is no need to add salt here. If it is not flavorful enough, just add some oyster sauce.
-
Add green onions and chicken essence, stir-fry evenly and serve.
