Cut the pork into strips and cut the carrots and green peppers into equal-sized slices. Marinate the cut pork with appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes.

Mix the starch with water to make it thick and pour it into the marinated pork.

Heat the oil pan to 180℃, put the meat piece by piece into the oil pan with your hands, and fry until it turns golden brown.

After everything is fried, pour it into the oil pan and fry it a second time for 30 seconds.

Mix cooking wine, sugar, vinegar, salt, soy sauce, and starch with half a bowl of water to make a sauce. Add the chopped greens to a wok and stir-fry with an appropriate amount of oil. Add the sauce. Bring the sauce to a boil, add the fried meat pieces, add the minced garlic, stir-fry, and serve!
