Spicy Tofu Strips
Overview
It’s a great meal to drink with, and it’s also good to eat as a snack. The braised dried tofu is infused with the flavor of Sichuan peppercorns and chili peppers, making it very chewy.

Cut the dried tofu into flower shapes with a vegetable cutter.

Stew in old soup for color and flavor.

Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add Sichuan peppercorns and sauté until fragrant.

Add dried red pepper.

Pour in the drained dried beans.

Don't use a spatula and stir the spoon frequently.

Until the tofu becomes shelly and hard, sprinkle with appropriate amount of chili powder and serve.
