Wash seafood mushrooms.

Slice carrots.

Finely mince garlic.

Cut green onions into sections.

Remove heads and intestines from prawns.

Cut the tofu into thick slices.

Add oil to a non-stick pan and fry the tofu until golden brown. Set aside.

Mix the dressing with a little water.

Put the shrimp oil in a heat-resistant casserole and stir-fry the minced garlic. (I make my own shrimp oil, please see my recipe ‘‘Shrimp Oil’’)

Add Laoganma flavored black bean sauce and stir-fry.

Add carrots and fry.

Add the tofu and shrimp and pour in the sauce.

Cook until shrimps are half cooked.

Add seafood mushrooms and cook until soft.

Add the green onions and cook for 1 minute

Slowly pour in the starch water to thicken it.

Fresh and delicious.
