Golden Egg Fried Rice
Overview
The golden egg fried rice has distinct grains, moist but not greasy, translucent and not oily, the egg yolk is fresh and tender, the chives are fragrant, and the taste is chewy. It uses egg yolks (whites are used to make cakes), chives, soy sauce, olive oil, and salt, which are the most common ingredients. Fried rice is made by every household, and most of them are leftover rice for frying. But in my family, we all use fresh rice for frying. Everyone in the family, old and young, loves to eat it. It is simple, delicious and fast. The key to frying delicious rice is not to use too much water when cooking the rice, and the rice grains should be distinct. When frying, the heat should be controlled well so that it does not stick to the pan. There should not be too much oil, otherwise it will be too greasy.
