Steps

  1. Prepare the materials and remember that all items must be free of water.

  2. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and place them in two bowls.

  3. Use three chopsticks to beat the egg whites. This process is quite painful and requires patience.

  4. Add two tablespoons of sugar and beat until creamy. You can add a few drops of vinegar to remove the smell.

  5. Put three spoons of flour into the egg yolk bowl, add two spoons of sugar, milk, and baking powder, and mix well.

  6. Beat the beaten egg whites in two batches, remember to stir up and down, not in circles.

  7. Preheat the rice cooker inner pot for two minutes, take it out and apply oil to prevent it from sticking to the bottom. Bump it up and down a few times to release the bubbles.

  8. Press the cooking button and cover the air outlet with a wet towel. After 2 minutes, it will automatically jump to keep warm for 20 minutes. Press the cooking button again and it will be ready after 20 minutes.
