Beef and Potato Stew
Overview
The smell of beef stewed with potatoes after hours. The whole family sat around in a big pot of stewed beef, and the aroma filled the house. It was a joy to eat. At that time, what I ate was not just beef, but a full sense of happiness. A few days ago, I saw the beef and potatoes made by the master with a lot of new ingredients added in. Today I am going to try it. It tastes really good. Even my picky eater ate several large pieces. I slightly changed it based on the master's recipe and reduced the soup. The taste is also good. Soak fresh beef brisket in cold water for an hour or two
