Weigh the powder, purified water, and egg liquid, and mix

I use a baking pan, pour the meat filling, compact it and smooth it out. It must be compacted so that there are no air bubbles when the finished product comes out. Mine is not compacted too much

Wrap the baking tray with tin foil and put it into the steamer. Steam over high heat for 35 minutes. Take it out and turn it upside down to remove it from the mold. Slice and place on the plate and you are ready to eat
