Prepare materials. (I forgot to take a photo of the gelatine powder.)

milk. Whipped cream. Cornstarch. sugar. Pour into container. Fully integrated.

Dissolve gelatine powder with water. Place in the fresh layer of the refrigerator. After solidification, heat over water. (It will almost solidify in about 5 minutes. The specific time depends on the temperature of the cold fresh layer.)

Place the stirred milk in the microwave. Remove after heating for 4 minutes. Once the liquid thickens, stir it until smooth.

Pour the melted gelatin into the milk with starch, sugar and whipping cream. Blend until smooth.

Pour into ceramic baking dish. (You can wrap the ceramic baking pan with plastic wrap to prevent difficulty in demoulding.)

Place in the cold fresh layer of the refrigerator for about 2 hours. The surface solidifies and Q-bounces. It is ready to be demoulded.

Pour appropriate amount of coconut into the ceramic baking pan. Cut the solidified liquid into cubes. Let the coconut flakes stick to the surface. Ready to eat.

Have a glass of red wine. Eat a few soft and tender milk cubes. The aroma of milk and coconut spreads in your mouth.
