  4. Place the stirred milk in the microwave. Remove after heating for 4 minutes. Once the liquid thickens, stir it until smooth.

  5. Pour the melted gelatin into the milk with starch, sugar and whipping cream. Blend until smooth.

  6. Pour into ceramic baking dish. (You can wrap the ceramic baking pan with plastic wrap to prevent difficulty in demoulding.)

  7. Place in the cold fresh layer of the refrigerator for about 2 hours. The surface solidifies and Q-bounces. It is ready to be demoulded.
